Reservation Policies

• Room reservations may be
  guaranteed by a major credit card.
• We accept cash, personal checks, Visa,
  Mastercard and American Express.
• Please inquire about applicable cancellation policy
  when making your reservation.  Our policy varies
  at different times throughout the year.
• Special events and some weekends may
  have minimum stay requirements.

House Policies

• The Arbor Inn is a non-smoking inn.
• We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate
  your pets but would be happy to recommend
  a nearby kennel.
• Regular check in hours are:
  Monday through Friday 4 – 7 p.m.
  Saturday and Sunday 3 – 5 p.m.
  With prior notice you may arrange for an earlier
  or later check in time.
• Check out is 11:00 a.m.
